First, these are terrific jelly roll pans. They are very heavy-weight and the non-stick coating works well. Just as with all non-stick coated items, they must be treated with care so that the non-stick coating is not damaged. The picture shown at the time of this review is not 100% accurate as there is a Chicago Metallic logo embossed into the center of each of the pans, if that matters to you. I hand wash so I cannot attest to dishwasher compatibility. I strongly recommend these pans - but -
I purchased a set from Amazon and, just like so many others, it arrived with the largest pan scratched by the corners of the smaller pan nested within. This is NOT Amazon's fault - it is the manufacturer's packaging. While the manufacturer does put a thin sheet of foam in between the pans, it can shift and can leave areas like the corners unprotected. I requested a replacement from Amazon and they shipped out a replacement promptly, but unfortunately, the second set arrived in the same scratched condition, along with a dent in the larger pan. Again, not Amazon's fault, but at this point I requested a refund rather than continue the shipping back and forth of scratched pans.
I happened to find the set at a local retailer where I could examine the pans before I purchased them so I didn't have to worry about shipping. Also, along with a coupon I had I got them for almost half the price listed at the time of this review. So, buyer beware - this might be an item better purchased locally.

I purchased through Amazon.com a Chicago Metallic Professional 3-Piece Jelly-Roll Pan Set from ChefTools.com. When the pan set arrived and I removed the packaging I noticed that one pan was scratched and the other two were dented. I contacted ChefTools Customer Service Department and explained the problem. Without question they apologized for the damaged product and told me that they would send out a replacement pan set after they had examined it. The replacement pan set went out that same day. I was told that I did not have to return the damaged pans and that shipping was free. The new pan set arrived in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase for the price that I paid. The pans are heavy duty metal and can easily handle my cooking needs. I would not hesitate in the future to order from ChefTools.com. Good products, great service!

I would have ordered these pans a long time ago but after looking at reviews on how badly that were packed and arrived damaged i held off. The first set of pans I received had scratches on the cooking surface due to poor packaging by the Mfg. Amazon promptly replaced the damaged pan set and I am very pleased with the quality of these pans. They are heavy weight and do not warp in the oven as my previous pans did. One thing in the instructions I would take with a grain of salt is to set the oven temperature 25 degrees lower than called for in the recipe. I would recommend these pans.
