Bakes and cooks evenly, great for chicken, pork, fish, stews. Love it's convenience it goes easily from the oven to the microwave to the refrig. Also baked a brownie that came out great easy to clean up.

There are other Anchor Hocking baking sets out there with more pieces for just a little bit more money, but this had the perfect combination of what I really needed. The square and the rectangular treys are perfect for creating a steam bath (for corn cakes, etc), and the casserole dish with the lid is presentable enough for taking to potlucks, etc. Delivery was fast and the box was well packaged. Nothing broken. In fact, my only complaint - too much packaging. I recycled it all, but felt a little bad anyway.
