I ahve always had good luck with Corelle Corning Ware. A glass lid to cook with, a rubber lid to store with, and a wood handled tray to use at the table. Absolutely perfect.

These pans are lighter than original corningware and they
come with lids both plastic and "glass", I ordered the
serving cradles as well. So far they are holding up
very well under everyday use, they wash nicely and are
a bonus when taking out of the oven with their lighter
weight. If you are looking for new cookware, give these
