I recieved the blueberry set for a Christmas gift that was shipped to my house. The smaller dish was cracked clean through. When the gift-giver contacted the customer service for return policies, they were wonderful. Shipped a complete new set immediately, no charges. I did not even have to waste time or money shipping the damaged goods back. Wonderful customer service. I haven't cooked with these dishes yet, so that's why I didn't rate five stars. But the dishes are beautiful, and I'm looking forward to making a breakfast cassarole this moring.
