I bought these to make mini cheesecakes for xmas gifts. They worked great. I didn't have any problems like some of the other reviewers with rust, but then again I washed and dried by hand. I only plan to use these a few times/year and they are obviously up for that task and well worth the price.

These are the cutest, nicest little springform pans, and I cannot wait to use them. I wanted them for their petite size, but their high quality seals and non-stick material are going to make these a pleasure to have around.

I make New York style cheesecakes, so I was VERY excited about these pans! Everyone always wants a different flavor in the cheesecake, now it's no problem! These are adorable!!! Not professional quality, but for the price, not too bad. I would recommend these to anyone who loves to bake!

My review is based strictly on the use for which I purchased these springform pans - shaping and raising my own bagels. These pans are simply perfect for use with 6 oz. - 7 oz. dough per bagel.
I had used mini-layer pans which were 4" in diameter, used bread pans which held 2 bagels each, and layer pans into which I was able to put 6 bagels for raising in the refrigerator. With the mini-layer pans, the holes in the bagels closed during raising. Even though I was able to "poke" through them during the boiling phase, the hole closed almost completely during the baking phase. Bread pans resulted in the bagel spreading out a bit too much during the raising phase; the final product was a too thin for my taste. Using a 9" X 13" cake pan resulted in the bagels raising into and joining each other. Additionally, I had to cut the parchment to remove the number of bagels that would fit in the pan I used for boiling.
I finally found these mini-springform pans and ordered a set. I hand washed the pieces before using them and have not put the pans in the dishwasher yet. I line each pan with a square of parchment before covering them and putting the bagels in the refrigerator to raise. Thus, I cannot comment on whether these are truly nonstick. I do know that I have had no problems lifting the parchment and raised bagels out of the springform pan, even though I may not get parchment paper covering the pan's sides completely.
I cannot comment on the durability of these pans because I always hand wash them and do not bake in them. They are strictly used for molds for shaping and raising bagels. In my opinion and for that purpose, they are a five-star product.

These pans bake the cheese cake evenly and release the set cheese cake well. They are not made of top-quality components, however. The metal is thin and the latch for the spring form mechanism does not operate smoothly. If you do not mind compromising a bit on overall quality these pans will perform nicely.
