You get what you pay for! This is a very inexpensive container two spearate inner containers; one divided into three compartments. I don't expect the inner containers to last very long before cracking or warping, but the outer container is sturdy and seems to be durable enough. The lid is strong and screws on tight, but has no insulation at all, so don't expect this to maintain heat or cold until lunch time. I got what I expected for the very reasonable price.

upon receiving this, the instruction said to pour hot water in container before use to make the inside hot enough for the food to stay hot. if it was in the description anywhere, I would not have bought this at all. save your money. I'd rather buy a cheap $20 thermal food jar from chinese market. at first glance it looks like a tortilla server. I suppose this is a latino product so may be it is intended for holding tortilla in one container and separate filling in the 3 compartment container.
