I love the dual edges giving two sets of cutters for the price of one. But, because of the dual edge, you must be very careful pushing down on these as the edges on both sides is sharp. Both sides make nice clean cuts. The one thing I'd suggest to the company is to put these into a convenient and safe metal tin as some other cookie cutter manufacturers do.

These are the best cutters. Both sides are cutters....one crinkled and one straight so they are very versatile.
