I've had these pans since Dec. 2009 and have used them a few times and they work fine. From experience, I didn't use any cooking spray as it tends to gunk up non-stick surfaces over time. The shells come out easily and are nicely browned.

These little guys do just as they are supposed to. Nothing sticks, they clean up so easily, and the make perfect little healthy taco shells. Buy two sets or more so you can make a bunch at a time. We put our shells in an airtight container and they seem to stay fresh forever. Great product.
