It is just as advertised, but it's a little short for my sink, so I have to use it over the sink from front to back.

I have not had any issues with this product. It works for exactly what I need it to. It grips well, however, my sink is uneven so it probably does not work as well as it would otherwise. My own complaint about this product is that it is too big for my dishwasher. The pop-up strainer is great as well.

I am very upset that they made a mistake on my order and when I called them, they refused to fix it. It's a sad thing that they did not care and it's funny that they claim "complete customer satisfaction" yet DO NOT STAND BY THAT!!! I hope this at least saves someone from going through what I went through, wasting money. Shame!!!!!
