"Awesome Set, but be aware..." 2010-05-13
By MusicLuvR (Los Angeles)
This is an adorable and functional baking set, and I've never had any problems with it in the oven. The things I've made have all baked up nicely, and the silicone is surprisingly heat-resistant. I definitely wouldn't imagine that these pliable rubber pieces would be suitable for the oven, but low and behold, they stand up well. Be aware that this item seems to be prone to staining - description says "dishwasher safe" but unless it's rinsed completely, food not only seem stick to the silicone, but become embedded into it after a heat dry cycle in the washer. I have gotten several black stains that wont budge from brownie baking, and the stains really take away from the attractiveness of the pink. I've also learned that though the description indicates a nonstick coating, (which they do have) I definitely use additional non-stick cooking spray with these as its just so much easier for food to slide out. Turning the pieces inside out to remove food without non-stick spray makes my muffins and cupcakes break apart. Also, to the other reviewer with the overheating issue - I would NOT recommend using the bake sheet in the oven. It's really more of a baking mat: definitely too thin and flimsy for oven use as a cookie sheet. I actually leave mine on the counter as a prep mat - its works GREAT for non-stick prep like kneading bread or making pasta. Plus its a great decorative piece for my kitchen. Other favorites are the potholder/trivet and the ramekins; excellent addition to my table.

By FABULOUS FEMALE
I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FROM TARGET. WITHIN MINUTES IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN MY SMOKE ALARM SIREN STARTED TO RING. I NOTICE GRAY SMOKE IN MY HALLWAY, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. I REMOVED THE BAKE SHEET FROM THE OVEN AND NOTICE SEVERAL WHITE MARKS ON IT. I CALLED TARGET AND I AM RETURNING THIS ITEM......AND NOT FOR A REPLACEMENT!

 "very small and deep." 2010-07-30
By S. Chacon
Just like the other reviews, I was still amazed at how small they are. Larger ones can be bought at Safeway if need be. Otherwise these are awesome.

 "Great food storage" 2010-06-22
By S. D. Farmer (USA)
This set is great. We recently got rid of our microwave to opt for fresher more healthier meals and this is the perfect set of containers for leftovers to be placed in the oven for the next day and warmed up. The plastic lids seal it tight for the fridge.

 "JS" 2010-06-17
By JS (California,USA)
I trust Pyrex for microwave oven use and I bought this. Before I use it, why I need 2 covers? But one for microwave oven and the other for storing in refrigerator. The food from microwave was perfect. The cover for storing is tight. One thing, why their shapes are only rectangular, not square? Square shape might be better for heating and storing.

I recommend this for convenient microwave cooking.

 "Quality & Endurance" 2010-06-07
By Gram (Ohio)
Have used Pyrex brand products for almost 40 yrs now, since I 1st received bakeware & bowls as gifts - some of which I still use!! This brand always lives up to its name, its high quality glass & endurance has proven a winner over time - never seems to wear out! The minor improvements Pyrex has made thru the years is even better - have owned several sets & would never hesitate to purchase their products, which I LOVE is made in the USA (I'll even pay more to find USA products, which in the long run has proven to be cost-effective.) The Pyrex brand equals quality in my experience.

"Practical, affordable, healthy and clean." 2010-06-03
By Ajit Khurana (Florida)
Nicely priced and cheaper than at "China-Mart" this set is a "must-have" for every kitchen. Just nice.

"corelle impressions bake and serve 3-piece bowl set, callaway" 2009-01-11
By Laurie d'Ault
Wouldn't it be nice to receive 5 stars? These bowls work just great and do everything they say. They are very heavy and durable. So, why couldn't they have come from Corning, NY instead of China? Yep...those five stars sure would be nice.

 "useful and versatile!" 2008-10-08

nice, nesting set of three versatile bowls. durable, washable, microwaveable. every kitchen needs 'em or something like 'em, no?

 "Wonderful Bowls!" 2008-08-14
By Goat Lady (West Virginia, USA)
I love these bowls - heavy, always useful and the 3 sizes are perfect for mixing, storing and serving. Pretty enough to use as serving bowls. I own two sets of these bowls and use them daily.

 "happy with the bowls" 2008-01-07
By Shelly M (Phoenix, AZ)
I have used these bowls and I love them!! A little heavy when you are used to corelle that matches them. Just remember not to use metal utensils in them it causes scratch marks, that way they stay nice for a long time.

 "Great set" 2007-09-18

"DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!" 2010-02-28
By ekoteko (Chicago, IL)
I wish that I would have read the previous reviews before buying this product. I bought three of these containers and the adhesive from the "Free Music" label is extremely difficult to remove. I have used a blow dryer, hot water, and rubbing alcohol in an attempt to remove the adhesive. After much work, some of the adhesive remains. I'll keep the one that I worked on, but the other two containers are going back to Amazon.

 "Good design; bad labels" 2010-01-03
By SLG (Belmont, MA)
We like the way that these units nest. We also like the tops. The glass top is great for cooking, since it self-vents. The plastic top is hard to get on, but we imagine it will become easier with time.

Strangely, we must agree with the "grouchy" review. The glass tops come with a weird label on them that has some kind of industrial strength adhesive that is very, very, very hard to remove. We ended up getting it off with isopropyl alcohol and a razor scraper. But why do that? Pyrex has really made a big mistake in the adhesive choice.

 "THANK YOU PYREX !" 2009-11-18
By Thomas J. Huber (Columbia, TN United States)
The containers would be fine, but the stickers glued to the top take about 10 minutes to scrape off with a knife, then a treatment with GoofOff, a round in the dishwasher, and there is still goop on the glass. If I had known that this was going to happen I would NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT! I will not buy any more from here on.

The sticker that told me that my "cooking problems were solved" came off OK but the one for the "Free Music" caused all the problems. Yeah! I buy Pyrex to get "free music". What idiot comes up with this kind of stuff?

"Great starter set for Silicone Baking Ware... But some awkward quantities of some items" 2009-06-15
By Travis Romany
These baking wares are great and work as advertised. My only "problem" is that some of the items such as the muffin "tin" (only 6 cakes instead of 12) and the ramekins (only 2) make it impractical for normal use. But the round cake and loaf vessels are great and everything cooks well and comes out cleanly.

 "Gift Purchase" 2009-06-02
By M. J. Primus (Germany)
I purchased this set as a wedding gift for a friend, but she has not used it yet. I also purchased this set in black for myself and I love it.

 "Insufficient information" 2008-10-15
By James E. Shawhan (usa)
I would have bought this item if it had listed information on the physical size of each item.

 "Awesome" 2007-11-30
By Rosanna Tarsiero (Pisa, Italy)
This is an excellent silicone set, and the color, deep dark red, is awesome too.

If you are used at baking in non-stick metallic bakeware, be aware of the fact that it takes 5-10 minutes longer to bake in non-dark pans. Also, remember that these pans are flexible so you might have to get organized *before* pouring the batter into them (you might not know how to move them to the oven if you haven't thought through it in advance!).

Kitchenaid is, as usual, among the best, and for sure the one with the best price for the quality of the items you get.

 "Great Product" 2007-11-15
By B. Wagner (Austin, TX)
I love my new silicone bake and serve set! It's non-stick, doesn't rust, cleans up incredibly easily. Totally recommend this set.

"The best product by Corning" 2007-12-08
By Sandra M. Strum (Deerfield Beach, Florida)

"Corning Creations Cookware Makes Cooking Enjoyable For Me!!!!" 2005-11-02
By T. Mariner (Washington, DC USA)
Corning Creations is the "bomb"!!!!! No matter what you put in them, no matter how baked on...it comes right off. You can soak it if you like...for a couple of seconds, but it is totally NOT necessary! I'm just unhappy that I cannot find them anywhere but here and Kohls. They even have a new line of funky colors according to the Corningware site, but who knows where they can be located. I'm telling you, Corning Creations is the best thing they ever came up with and I just don't think a lot of people know how easy the clean up is. They are nice and heavy too...sort of like some type of stone or something. Do yourself a favor and just buy one piece to try it out, but at the low prices you should just buy a set!

 "Gr8 product" 2009-08-17
By Rad (Twin Cities, MN)
Excellent product, used it a couple of times. Easy to clean and maintain. Packaged very well and delivered ahead of schedule.

"Sturdy and pleasing to the eye" 2009-04-25
By Tricia (NJ)
I am very happy with the craftmanship and appearance of this casserole dish. It arrived perfectly fine - all in one piece - it was packed very well not only by the manufacturer, but by Amazon as well. It's also nice that there are coordinating pieces available. The only complaint I have is that I was hoping it was a bit deeper when I ordered it - you will not be able to bake lasagna in this dish, but anything else will fit just fine for a family of four. This is the only reason I rated it at four stars, instead of five, because the description does not let you know how deep it is (2" of usable depth if you want to avoid spillage), just the outside dimensions, and it did appear to be deeper than it actually is in the photos to me.

 "Baking Pan" 2008-09-24
By Martha Jean Holubec
It just arrived safely and looks great! It looks smaller than 9 x 13, but it isn't. My last 2 orders from Amazon came UPS and the boxes were damaged. The item in the last box was also damaged, but on this order, it was just the box that was damaged, not the contents.

 "REALLY DISAPPOINTED" 2008-06-05
By NOT HAPPY (MA)
Ordered and received broken piece, amazon sent another one to me and that one was broken also. They wouldnt send another so they gave me a refund,I wanted this dish really bad.Instead of packing it good so it wouldnt get broke they said they cant send another one.Im not sure if I will buy from amazon again.I purchased a set of dishes from someone else online and not one piece was broken. Not happy at all about this, its easier for them to give a refund than to make it right.

 "Great Purchase" 2008-05-26
By J. Nelson (Oregon, USA)
My purchase came quickly without any hassle. The 9X13 looked spotless with no chips or cracks. Am very pleased that I bought my pan through Amazon.
